Placing the Wireless Transmitters in the mansion

Has anyone had any trouble placing one of the three transmitters on the wall located in one of the west hallways where a guard is posted next to it? Anytime I try, it triggers the guard and wont let me. "sooo close but so far away!"

Yes. Page 99 in the PDF of my guide. Make sure your walk speed is set to the fastest level and then it is pretty much just trial and error until you get it. You might want to try coming at it from above. I don't remember exactly what worked, but yes, that one can be a pain to place. There's another situation like this later and I found a path that worked.
