Rat in a box

Where can I find the Rat in a box? I have to make the ham but can't locate it.

Go to Judy's Apartment.

While the rat is in the left wall walk into the right wall where it disappears
Receive Chest Key
Move Judy’s suit case up three and right four
Move to the left wall and the rat will be by the suitcase
Walk into the left wall where the rat was
Receive Chest Key
Click on rat (must have an Empty Box in inventory)
Pick up Rat in a Box
