I’m stuck
Please can someone help, “weeds and rocks hold secrets in the forest” there’s nothing in the forest and I can’t find any essence of strength

I'm going to refer you to my guide as there are a lot of different places in the woods that could be referring to. Find the last scene that you unlocked by using the in game phone, then search the guide, using CTRL+F, for that scene. What you need should be after that scene. You can also use the find feature to find the essences of strength.

you get essence of strength by putting a certian idol in the bowl located in the church attic fight side
