Have you checked the basement? If you have, what is the last scene you unlocked? You can check your in game phone scene player for this.

solution: go to mansion from back area

(accessible from ray farm, go up, left, then take river up)

go right after river, go into mansion.

go down a room in mansion to area with file of statues.

tap the upper regular gargoyle in top right. this opens hidden stairwell to lower level.

found by clicking everything for hours LMEOW >.<

The best I can do for you is to refer you to my guide. If you find that you are stuck, find the last scene that you unlocked by using the in game phone, then search the guide, using CTRL+F, for that scene. What you need should be after that scene, or in the general area.
