I'm not understanding the question. There was one Chest Key in Hell that isn't available after the portal is destroyed, but I don't know if that was resolved in the update or not. Other than that you can use the Oracle, from your inventory to port to Hell.

i mean Chest Key, that was one the portal

i also missing that last key..
they should make the option to buy a key for maybe 20k or 30k, so it is possible to unlock the last chest.

That's not the way NLT makes their games. The only thing you can do is find a guide that will tell you where the keys are. I have a special section in my guide and what to search for, so that you find all of the chest keys.

did you buy a chest key from a guy in the police station for 2k(not so sure) yet?

The guy in the police station sells it for $20K, second floor right hand side. Same guy from Channel 4 outside the storage room

I got the key on top of the portal, but I still miss one in the end of the game. I've checked guides and re visited all locations and I don't see that I missed any keys or half keys... this is ridiculous.

I have uploaded my save files to my Ko-Fi shop. For Windows users, the files go in %LocalAppData%\User Data. I will provide a better set of files after I update my guide. These are my work in progress saves, so there are a lot of them.

You can download my saved game files from my Ko-Fi shop[ko-fi.com], you'll need to disable to Speed Run option, change the character name in the Shop, and then resave to use.
