End Game chest keys

Is there any way to purchase or farm chest keys after you complete the story? I'm missing at least one key, and can't find where I might have missed it.

Check out the Missing Keys? section of my guide. As long as you're not missing the key that is near the hell portal you should be fine. Currently you are unable to purchase keys.

I'm currently at 99% and missing 1 key/chest; therefore unable to complete the game.
I know It's the one you get from the cat behind the church. I should feed it the rat you can capture inside the church, but I don't have cheese :)
Is there any way to get some cheese this late in the game?

From my guide the cheese for that rat comes from the bin outside the Ray's Farmhouse. The rat is on the second floor of the Church, in the middle hallway.

If that's not the rat, there is a rat in Judy's apartment that you can get without cheese.
