Quick help about the inventory screen please.

I can't access the girls' profiles and I cant scroll down on the permanent items (jump shoes, metal detector, etc.) list. How can I do these?

You can't access the girls' profiles until you get a "photo album", despite being told that you can find them there.
You unlock the photo album by finding (or buying, possibly) your first photograph.

Regarding your second question: I don't know what you mean exactly.
There is no scrolling on those permanent items. They get replaced, when you get an upgrade, and the old item is gone.

The permanent items are stored in your Toolbox and the best one is equipped. You don't need to manage them.
