Short tutorial, a lot of questions....

I have no idea about a lot of stuff.
-What is the function for talking to the wife?? stuck at 84% get the same questions and answers.
--Farm? sheep? chickens? yes i see the farm, i understand that i can buy that later but when? I bought a thing i can build tomato's and stuf but it is locked.
-Selling at the farm store is that for the vegetables later?
-I hired a accountant. But what do they do? still collecting the rent my self so???

I'll answer your questions as thoroughly as possible:

• The function of your wife is:
  
  • She is working from home and earning money - you can ask her to lend you money if you really need it urgently.
    
  • Be sure to keep an eye out for when she sits on the couch and keep her company by watching a movie together - this will help boost your relationship status with her.
    
  • After a while your relationship status will slowly grow.
• To buy the farm, you need to talk to the old farmer (with his dog) at the front of the barn - He will give you an offer for the farm. You can earn money through selling milk/eggs/etc. from the farm. Be sure to make sure the big feeder is always full of stock for the animals to eat.
  
• An accountant helps to lower your tax rates - yes you will need to hire her and pay her every day - but it is definitely worth it.
  
• To get someone to collect your rent for you - you need to unlock the skill by opening the menu with 'Y' - after you unlock the skill, walk up to any person on the street and ask them to work for you collecting your rent - in certain situations where someone renting your house doesn't pay - you'll need to go talk to them and sort the situation out.
