Joe still has book card in isolation

Apparantely he was supposed to give it someone before this part, now I have Christine in the bookstore not able to get the bird book, while Joe is stuck in isolation. From what I can see, the story cannot progress until she gets that card, but there is no way for her to get the card with Joey in isolation. Anyone run into this? Thx

you can give the book card to the chaplain at anytime and he will deliver it to Christine.
