3090ti vram crash

I have a 3090 ti with 24 gig vram. I am trying to start the game but In the cutscene before the gameplat starts and in the very first area the game crashes saying there is not enough vram. I am playing 4k max with 60fps vsync.

I have a 3080ti and also 4k/60 but I've never had this issue. You might wanna test your GPU or see if something else is eating up your Vram in the background.

I don’t have the same issue with the game on epic. I tested both with the same settings, same res, same window mode all in the exact same place as the crashes. The only difference was epic had the 60fps cap on as well as vsync wand I think steam only had vsync on
