Failed to create system data issue!

Kingdom hearts 1.5 + 2.5 and Kingdom hearts 2.8 wont launch giving me a "Failed to create system data." popup that wont go away whilst the game is in the background that has just blackscreened. I'm not entirely sure what to do? I've tried numerous troubleshooting options and nothing seems to work.

Verify files. IF that does not work do a fresh reinstall of the games. If that does not work. Your PC is either blocking a file from loading or you have a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ free antivirus that loves to flag a bunch of stuff as malware/trojin when it's not. Malwarebytes did this a lot for me where it would just auto scan and block files even from fully registered sites/games.

Unfortunately not, I've tried what MAKO said in their post of the fix, however, I don't have any free antivirus systems as far as I'm aware and no luck yet.

sounds like an anti virus/anti malware protection issue, thats blocking the games access to the users documents folder. so try deactivating those types of programs or whitelist the game, if you have them.
windows has those built in, so you may have them enabled without even knowing about it
