Does this cover all KH games pre - KH3?

I've only played KH3 and loved it; I am wondering if this purchase has all the previous games or if there are some missing.

yes but its not on steam only in EGS

It's relevant to the topic. I wouldn't call that "spam." It would be spam if they personally made a new topic every other day about it.
