Game suddenly closes itself on Re:Chain of Memories

So I tried KH Re:CoM, but the game suddenly decided to closes itself after 3rd event in KH Re:CoM (the event where Sora, Donald, and Goofy arrive at Castle Oblivion) Any idea why that happened and how to fix it?

Btw, my other KH games, KH Final Mix, KH II Final Mix, and KH BbS Final Mix work fine. Only my KH Re:CoM that has problem rn.

Did you ever find a fix? this keeps happening to me but it only started occuring on floor 13 and it only happens when I try to open a door

Still stuck in the same place for KH Re:Chain of Memories sadly

My specs currently:
Windows: Windows 10 64-bit (10.0, Build 19045)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
RAM: 16 GB
DirectX: DirectX 12

I don't think I should have any problem to play Kingdom Hearts with those specs.

Same thing happens to me at floor 13 - I also get a weird buggy start menu. I've been saving before opening each new door to avoid losing progress.

on a steamdeck

kh1 had zero issues. docking, sleep, and never really shut down or restarted. just mostly sleep. Had no issues.
I'm playing re com now, I got to atlantica and it has frozen/ crashed twice. dock, headset, and xbox controller all shut off. i unplugged from the dock and the screen is just frozen. nothing responds but eventually, if i leave it will go back to Steam os as if the game exited. going to attempt the re-install and see if that helps

the games sudden closure means it crashes... i experienced that in KH2 at the start of the game where at one cutscene the game just crashes... usually best is to let steam check the game files for any error, let it fix that and then try again.

usually after making steam check and fix problematic files, it would work fine... try that and if it doesnt work then i dont know...
