60 fps mod cutscenes

Anyone knows if there is a mod/fix to unlock fps in cutscenes?

My eye is not used anymore to the 30 stuff it s barely watchable

Kingdom Hearts Re:Fined is the one you're going to want, I'm not sure they've updated it to the new version that came with the Steam launch.

The mod broke with the new update.
It’s being worked on and will be posted when it’s ready.

I think it depends on scenes and games and it's that way on ps4 as well, don't quote me though.

ps2 and ps3 were at 30fps, ps4 at 60fps but the same cutscenes that are 30fps in the pc version were also 30fps there
