Report a translation problem
So a Retranslation mod. Sure you can play with Japanese voices and the current English subtitles, but you’re still getting the inaccurate English subtitles.
The English voices are good too (and my preferred ones). it’s just the lines that they say can often have critical story errors
The only way to really get everything currently is learning Japanese, which is a shame for many and incredibly unrealistic to ask for. The games that are greatly affected by this are Chain of Memories and 3 especially. But there are a ton of other things that get much more consistent
Now that they’re all on PC, someone will probably make a Retranslation Mod eventually
