how do i get final form for kh2?

Once you beat Roxas in WTNW you have a chance to trigger Final Form whenever you activate any Drive Form. Once you accessed Final Form this way you can then choose it like the rest.

The easiest way imo is to equip the "Two Become One" Keyblade and start the Cerberus Cup. As soon as the round starts activate any Drive Form. If you get Final Form than youre done. If you get Anti Form press start and retry.

I am in the post-game now, still trying to unlock Final Form.

I'm at 27 attempts in a row and I still just go into anti-form every single time. It seems unlikely that I am simply THAT unlucky. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I'm activating the form in battle, from max drive, using Two Become One, and it just will not unlock.

That seems very unlucky. I would swap to a different keyblade and go chain transform until you get anti to reset its proc chance and then retry the two/one keyblade trick. If it still oesnt work then go to the last world near roxas fight and just chain transform without 2/1 keyblade for a while. it took me 3 tries to get it with two become one.
Side note you have to both have beaten roxas and have all other forms unlocked to trigger it.
