KH2 no voice

I wanted to play KH 2 FM but I don't know why but the cutscene where we see Roxas waking up in his room and then when he's with his friends I have the ambient sounds but not the voices. Does anyone know why and would be able to help me?

Update :
I had my sound system in 5.1 for the configuration, I switched to stereo and the voice of the characters came back.

I hope this helps people in need
