Did you install OpenKH's Mods Manager recently? A change to Panacea was made in the last few weeks that makes the order of textures match the way the game would normally load them internally; previously, a different order had to be used to get everything looking right. But now, mods that use the old order end up looking similar to what you're seeing in your screenshots.
I did install recently, I've been using the old order for mods. Is there any way to fix that?
Edit: Thanks for clarifying. Seriously was worried I made a mistake building a brand new PC when the game I play the most wasn't working properly
This version[github.com] should do. Make sure you run the wizard again, and then remove and re-install Panacea to ensure you're using the right one! If you choose to keep the old and new versions in separate folders, you can just point the old one to the game data you extracted the first time with no problems, which will save you having to do it again.
You're actually the GOAT. Thank you so much! it works and now I can play Rando without looking at Eldritch nightmares haha!
