Hand in Hand master was an evil joke. I couldn't even get past a score of 3000. But eventually I got over 3200 so I knew I can do it.
Which I did once I got a very high combo before the mid point and was over 2000 when I reached the cancer part and my final score was 3667.
But I think it only needs 3300 to get fantastic as I saw a youtube video where someone got +3300 and still got fantastic.
But seriously that was annoying to do.
