Mushroom 13 bug? [KH2FM]

I seem to be having an issue with the mushroom 13. I have fought All of the 12 at least once, but when i go to where 13 should appear it tells me that i have to fight mushroom 2 again for some reason, when i've already done it.

Does the Journal say you got the required score to clear the Mushroom's challenge? Have you tried just going back to play the Mushroom's game again and then trying once more?

It could be a situation where you maybe cleared the mission but left the area too soon and it didn't count? I've never heard of anyone having these sorts of issues with the vanilla game, so I can only guess.

I can't think that the score challeneges would be it, when i go to the great maw beyond the crystal fissure all 12 mushroom heartless appear and then the number 2 one sits on the screen, like it hasn't been completed yet
