KH 2.5 Unable to achieve Craftsman trophy

I have completed all requirements and re-crafted some item to see if I missed any but I am still unable to achieve the Craftsman trophy. Any remedies out there by any chance?

Have you finished the game? Once you finish the game it shows you what you're missing in the creations list. They will have ???? in their name. Some of the items require a serenity crystal or something to "upgrade" it to the next tier.

Every item but the Ultima Weapon has an upgrade crafted with the same materials + Serenity items. You have to craft them from the Creations menu.

I didn't get the achievement until I checked Jiminy's Journal, despite having made everything minutes before, and there has to be a crown listed there for Synthesis, no crown means something is missing.

So I am trying to 100% the game, so I am taking care of everything first before I do the final fight. So I am not done yet at the moment. At this point I am gonna have to complete it cause it driving my OCD insane. I will keep you posted.

So at this point I reviewed the Excel Sheet guide and confirmed that I have all items. I went as far re-crafting the item again (at least those I can) and still nothing.

Do you have all the collections?
There is a ton that just add to the shop, don't give any items but they do count for the synth completion, as someone else has said, just beat the game and load the file, it'll give you a better idea of what you're missing if anything.
There is also a couple of boss fights that require you to beat up Xemnas first so you'll have to do it eventually anyway.

I finally completed the game and constructed the Magical Boost not long ago. Thank to everyone for your assistance; I have finally unlocked the trophy.

Check the journal for the synthesis page. It will list whether you need any lists completed, any recipes or any synth items. Any journal related achievements also only trigger when you access the journal and its specific page. As this is "Synthesis notes" you may just need to open that relevant page to trigger the achievement.

This is what's limiting me currently:

You need to deliver 30 Shards, 25 Stones, and 20 Gems for: Blazing, Frost, Lightning, Power, Lucid, Dark, Dense, and Twilight. You can check the Collections list in any Moogle shop to see what you've already completed then check the Materials Log to see how many you've delivered total.
