As for Serenity Power, no, the spawn rate doesn't change. Just go to the save point in Tunnel, through to the Treehouse and walk up a bit. If enemies spawn a few steps in, it's a dud. But if they don't, it's mushrooms. Sometimes there'll be a mushroom right there on the entrance, but not always. But once you've reset the spawn (two rooms away), you only need to go back one room to reset it again. Then when you get mushrooms, do a full two room reset (and go save of course, especially if you got a Serenity Power). Repeat.
Same case for Neverland. There's a save point right next to the deck but still two rooms away. You'll get them eventually. And you'll know instantly if it's truffles without looking. Darkballs spawning? Not truffles. No Darkballs but hear a spawning sound? That's the balloon special enemy that drops Dazzling Stone. Hear nothing? Ya got truffles.
I mean serenity power spawn rate normal same as always but other white mushrooms went down disgusting rate i never see one after sealing hollow bastion in fact i finished lucid crystal farm in red room and i still not see single white mushrooms spawn.
