What are those? there is one for each world but i cant find them.

Those are the Key to Rewards rooms. They're all treasure rooms that give really good loot, like new keyblades or sleights. Some floors have more than one such treasure you can get out of them, like Traverse town, which means opening it, moving to a different floor to regen the world, and opening it again.

The Key to Rewards card itself is a rare-ish drop from normal encounters starting in the second-wave of world cards. You won't start to get them until floor 6 or 7, and even once you do they only let you carry one at a time. Which means a lot of backtracking to get all the loot on the previous floors. Worth it though.

You are getting the Room of Rewards mixed up with Bounty Cache. You never need 2 keys for the same floor.
