Yes. Talk to Kairi (The girl with red hair) and she'll give you a list of items you need to collect.

For more detailed information here's it all laid out. The fish are in the ocean (just swim in and grab them), Coconuts can be found by hitting palm trees (it is rng related. You can only collect the green ones that fall), mushrooms can be found around the island (try looking in shaded areas), the egg is in a tree somewhere, and finally the water can be gained by walking up to one of the waterfalls around the island (only after talking to kairi since she gives you the bottle).

Sorry if you didn't want this much information, but the rest of the game is very fun! it sucks to be stuck in the first area.

I felt like the game was mid level trolling me with the coconuts. I kept hitting the trees and the brown coconuts fell and I'm like "it's right there! Pick it up!"
