Achievement Hunting

Is there a way to tell which achievements go to which game in the collection? I want go through each game and 100% them with the intention of getting all achievements in the collection. I currently have 48 achievements on KH Final Mix but am unsure how many achievements there are in the game. I attempted to look at achievement pages on forums but it seems like some achievements have been removed or maybe altered in the collection which has me doubting the reliability of the forums.

I am just happy it helps! If you see something off or want to add tips as you do achievements let me know I want everyone to be able to have easy access to 100 percent these games.

Use the Playstation/xbox site guides. The guides are separete because the achievements sets are separete.

Here the games are in seperated lists and you can log in with steam to see your owns too if you click on "view my achievements" over the list on the left.
