Seeing lots of delay between cutscene transitions as if it's about to crash, though.
i locked fps to 30 and had almost no crash compared to when running on 60.
But I would like to see it fixed too
low key very pathetic for square since some of these issues seem to exist since release on epicgames... wich is 3 damn years ago!!!! 90 bucks for a bugged game wich wasnt fixed in 3 years.....
Hi mate ! My advice would be
I STRONGLY recommand to use only:
- 30 fps lock (if as i assume you are at 60 fps at least isn't it ?) NOT in setting for gameplay and background on Nvidia control panel. (really i mena it)
- v synch in control panel OR in game activate (for the tearing etc and more consistent framepacing)
- VRR have to being desactivated if of course you use some . G synch or freesynch depending of your monitor or tv.
- Performance mode in all cases (control panel prefered performance mode)
You will have to add the exe of the games you are playing, not the one for the launcher only
BNy ex the one who finish by FINAL MIX.exe this one (same for irth by sleep etc)
If you do all of that , normally you won't crash ANYMORE. And have eliminate al the stutters
Tell me if it better ok ? ^^
If you however continue to crash and have update your drivers often without cleaning all of them.
I strongly recomande to use DDU (driver display uninstaller very useful when you notice some weird crash who wasn't there before)
For steam osd ne it depend.
I only recommand eit if the game had built photo mode and you prefer this one and han't installed the Geforce experience in bundle with your Nvidia driver.
Normally it sdhould be good for not saying excellent stability
I have use the os Nvidia yesterday for looking for the latency for fps. And notice interesting things
And much shorter one in game than in menu (i know the frame in menus are meant to be different than in game but stil even capped to 30 fps)
Thing that could be (i say COULD) be tested for smore smoothnest without take the risk of stability would be used framegen lossless for see... 30 real fps but with 60 fps in visual.
But could be wrong for this last one... But in waiting it could the best of both worlds.
Hi if you use the 60 fps it's "normal" see what i said. ONLY 30 fps is REALLY rock stable. (the original intented way).
ONLY KH3 is good at 60 fps or highter ony becaus eit's UE4 and recent build And yet i strongly advertised to being at 60 fps for specific battles. (witch is ..true)
For old ones ? Use what i say and stick to 30 fps locked one.Normally won't have nay problem. i mean stability wise. (animations won't be broken or strange)
If it's ported to PC and have 30 60 120 and unlimited fps, it's not normal to crash lol
I agree 100% but it's the true. I have no crash only because i was already aware of that since some research of the EXACT same problems long time...
Not a single crash since i play KH1 from day one. At 60 fps ? pretty sure i will have had during transitions etc
So let the games going unlimited and even "120" ? no clearly.
But i grre perfectly
Actually game run very well at 30 fps and smooth enough (fixed the stutters problems and also put v synch for framepacing)
