Possibly though I'd say MoM is like an inbetween and not really part of an arc due to not much happening the entire game. We'll see I guess.

i mean i think it has something to do with the music more than anything remember kingdom hearts has disney worlds so they may have to talk to them about the songs and if its ok and meetings like this can take a lot longer than say the other games

maybe SE isn't giving them enough devs to release MoM, SE is really stingy with how they do things and half the time the people in charge have their heads up their hind ends.

i was playing that on Xbox series, didn't like it much tbf, but hardcore fans will do for sure. Theres no reason why they don't bring up melody of memory here.
