No signal on TV connected to PC when fullscreen mode
Monitor works fine, but when I connect TV 1080p samsung via HDMI it works fine until game start fullscreen. Then it turn black and say no connection. Exit the game helps to get normal work. So strange. i 7 and 780 GTX. Window mode works well. Force DX 10, Alt Enter, new and old drivers, deleting overclocking programs and so on not helped!

Strange indeed. I use a very similar setup: 1080p Samsung TV via HDMI as primary display and a smaller monitor as secondary via DVI with Win 8.1

I did rename the source type to 'PC' on the TV though to reduce input lag to 32ms. Can't tell if it made a difference for fullscreen mode but works fine here.

make shure the game resolution is not set higher than the tv native resolution

The game resolution is 1920*1080. Both monitor and TV have the same resolution. I tried to set lowest and highest video settings. No effect. Windows 8.1 64 bit by the way. It is the first game when I see this. All the rest games work well. Also I tried to plug in only TV in HDMI or DVI with connector. It's always the same...

Did you rename the source type to PC (from HDMI1/DVI) on your TV or at least have you switched it to Game Mode?

Try to play in windowed game mode with this tool that removes borders:

So many thanks to AERODANCE!!! It completely decided my problem, but still I think codemasters should do that. Thanks fo everyone here!

Sounds like a resolution/refresh rate issue. If the resolution is set properly, the refresh rate may be set too high causing "no signal" to the tv.

I tried refresh rate from 30 to 60 and there's absolutely no effect. But I agree, TV doesn't understand the signal because of something. But the strangiest thing is that it happens only in one game!
