Ravenwest endurance

Never seen game programming like it in my entire life.

Those two SOAB's are so much faster than everything else you have to drive flat out to beat them in the endurance races, wearing your tyres out in the process, yet somehow they manage to do all this and stay fast, never wear out tyres, never crash or lose control and are 10's of secodns ahead of everyone else. Amazing eh?

A bit poor in my eyes, I beat them at Hockenheim, but they were just simply too fast at Brands, totally impossible to beat, seconds a lap faster in fact.

I do think the endurance races in this game are a very weak addition. The AI does not change one little bit, they block, ram, run into you, touch you every time you go past and try and damage your car and no effort has been made to make the AI guys drive as they would in an endurance type race, it is juts a few more laps of crash, bang wallop. Very poor programming in my opinion

Ravenwest boys do have an unnatural buff but their tires do wear out. When you progress through the career in the later stages it will be more noticeable when endurance events will last 12 minutes. Up to around 8 minutes they were hot on my heels but at that point they always started to slowly fall behind.

You can change the level of difficulty before any event even in the middle of a season.

Changing the difficutly should have no influence on this to be honest, you should only change the difficulty to adapt the AI to your own poor driving skills, but if you're a good driver, don't make mistakes, etc. you should not have to do that. I even beat them once in the Qualifying with 7 seconds!!!! Only to get absolutely destroyed in the actual race...it's gotten to the point where I will simply avoid endurance races and won't care about the career mode at all...
