Force Feedback improvements for Wheels

I disliked the Vibrations on tarmac and desired some Force Feedback when shifting a gear. Here is what I changed in the Force Feedback file.
I use a Thrustmaster T300 Ferrari GTE Wheel.

Vibration settings:
Vibration Strength: 100%
Wheel Strength: 100%
Wheel Weight: 40%

Force Feedback file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GRID Autosport\forcefeedback\effectsetup.xml

Parameter explanation:

• wave: Force Feedback sample that is triggered on the event
  
• envelope: the envelope applied while the sample is playing can be used to fade in/out samples
  
• wheelScale: Force Feedback strength
  
• skid: no clue
  
• channel: channel on which the feedback is played; 0 stands for (wheel) force feedback; 1 stands for (controller) vibration

The Changes:

Less vibrations:
Changed wheelScale from 0.85 to 0.2 in line ~266

Enable Force Feedback on gear change:
Added line ~282

Wave reference and envelope reference are taken from GRID 1 gear change
