Advanced settings on a Xbox 360 controller

Hello guys, i got this game yesterday, tried to play it a little, but i have one major problem with it: i use the xbox 360 controller and the controlls are really twitchy, their sensitivity it's very high, just one tap on the analog stick and the cars just corner like crazy.
Can you please share your advanced settings for me, i don't understand for example what steering saturation means and how to set it. Or steering liniarity, what is that? I also tried different values on those settings but it didn't actually feel like i changed them.

Also one other thing i play the game on easy, and the AI is just kicking my arse. I mean i played Grid, Dirt 2&3, on hard and it wasn't really dificult, but this game, i haven't managed to win any race, especially the intro one, i must have restarted it 30 times until i got nervous and ALT+F4 myself out of the game. I mean you aren't supossed to win the races or what?

Thank you for the reply, i tried your settings but i actually find that setting the steering liniarity al the way to 10 makes the cornering less twitchy and more precise.

Thank you for the contfirmation that at least the XBox 360 (Windows version) will work in this game... (no settings in Settings)...

And for the clue that it Might play MP in Split-screen.

Looking at the SETTINGS of how to make driving easier ? Is there not a way to reduce the Controller turn speed there?
