GRID Autosport stuck in loading screen!!

I have just bought GRID Autosport, and upon first launching it, it told me to create a save game. The game started the autosave, and after that it says please wait and a loading bar at the bottom. The game just keeps loading forever, with no result. I left it for 30 minutes, and the game is just stuck in loading. I tried to create new save games, and got nowhere. I tried to turn off Steam Cloud Sync Save and that didn't bring any results either! The game seem to launch normally, but it's just stuck in the load screen.

I have all GRID 1, GRID 2, Dirt 3, and I never faced any issues.

Please help! I want to get started with this game, but it just isn't working. :(

The problem can be normally be overcome by doing the following:

Replace the contents of c:\program files\codemasters\Grid\system\workerMap8Core.xml
with that of c:\program files\codemasters\Grid\system\workerMap4Core.xml

Worked for me...
