Game won't launch (crash) [Solved]

Hello, today I received my boxed pre-purchased copy of Grid: Autosport. I normally instaled it through Steam. Than I click play, Grid: Autosport logo showed on my desktop, than again in game window on black background. But after this game crashed and try to start again again and again with same result. So than I try to verify game cache and after this happened again. So I restarted Steam and game again crashed. Than I restart my PC and game again crashed. So I reinstalled the game and it happens again. Now I don't know what to do. My PC: ASUS N71Jq (laptop), Intel Core i7-720QM @ 1.6 GHz (with turbo 2.8 GHz), ATI Radeon HD 5730 1 GB (with shared memory max 2,7 GB), RAM 4 GB, Realtek High Definiton Audio. I also wrote to customer service.

Problem solved: changed <directx forcedx10="false" /> to <directx forcedx10="true" /> and game now don't crash.

I found that hardwaresettings, but I cant change them.
How did you do that?
I just cant do anything with them
