"Thank you for submitting your recent request to Codemasters Customer Services concerning Grid Autosport.
If the game's saved file has genuinely become corrupt then there is little you can do, other than start a new save file I'm afraid.
Corruption in the saved file for Grid Autosport can be caused by synchronisation problems between your PC and Steam, unfortunately. We recommend that following to minimise the chances of this happening...
1) Turn off Steam Cloud synchronisation from the Steam settings menu
2) If you receive a message from Steam with regard to a difference between your saved file on the Steam Cloud and your hard disk, you should choose to use the file on your hard disc.
3) Always ensure that you shut down the game correctly and only run it from within the Steam client or from the Steam shortcuts in your system tray.
4) You should also never alter or attempt to manipulate any of the saved files that the game uses, as this can cause corrupt saved files.

When did you send the save files through to gridgame@codemasters.com ? Can you resend them with your forum name in them?

Yea i have all the latests patches, and i have season pass.. this happened pretty much just after i installed the new expansion pack to be honest.. the game is from steam so it auto updates :)..
As i said, the last patch fixed it the last time on same profile
I was in a race. I completed about half a lap.. then i got disconnected.. then i reconnected to the same lobby (my friend was in it).. then half a lap later DC again (my friend didn't get disconnected either of the times.. only me)... then i restarted game, and couldn't lload profile afterwards.
The team are currently looking into the save you sent. It's odd because since the patch with the save file fix we've not really seen any issues with corrupting saves. The ones we've investigated have all appeared to be from issues relating to outside of the game.
We'll take a look and get back to you with the outcome.

I even sent my original save data profile as an attachment for you guys to be able to look into it... I'll be very dissapointed if there's NOTHING CODEMASTERS are willing to do...
