Apparently the Racenet servers have been down since May. If you need help leveling up online, feel free to join our Steam group. We host several events every single week, and you can always see in the Group Chat if anyone else is online at the same time. We don't know as they refuse to communicate about it and blatantly ignore their customers, but they probably don't work on anything as it's not working since April. We don't even know if it's a bug or if they shut down the Racenet challenges on purpose.

You can post on their official forum : https://forums.codemasters.com/topic/76316-grid-auto-racenet-challenge-not-working/ but still no official answer except one guy telling us to contact support by email.

So you can send an e-mail about the problem at [e-mail] but you'll probably get an unuseful generic answer.

Maybe after enough messages they will do something.
