PS4 controller motion controls - how to setup

So I have recently been getting good with motion controls and the PS4 pad on Gran Turismo Sport. I understand that the PS4 pad is now officially supported for Steam games. I got the controller working all right in Grid Autosport. But how do you setup gyroscope steering? Best I could do was tilt to steer hard right and left. It does not turn the steering wheel gradually when you gradually tilt the PS4 controller. Obviously the ability to make gradual turning actions is what would make this better than using analog sticks.

To be honest I didn't even know you could set autosport up with the gyro. Maybe it's something to do with the calibration? Or perhaps the steering sensitivity. Did you enabe to gyro through BPM and import your settings? questions questions questions.
