Grid Autosport Executable stopped working
I've played it a couple hours already, now it won't launch.
What do I do with that?

Tried so far:
1) Checking integrity
2) Looking for hardware_limit line, didn't find it
3) Setting fullscreen="true" to "false"
4) Launching steam in offline mode

Its a problem with the latest update, quiet a few are having issues.

it's because you have an old cpu, like myself i7-980x, these don't have AVX support, they were suppose to compile Grid in 2 ways, one with AVX (GRIDAutosport_avx.exe) and 1 without (GRIDAutosport.exe). Unfortunately for us maybe there is someone new working at Codemasters??

I bought it today and the same thing happened to me. Apparently some video configuration. I searched for solutions in several forums but nothing that I tried worked. I solved it by lowering the video configuration from ultra to high. Apparently some ultra option that I could not identify causes the problem. Try playing in low settings and if it works it starts to go up. Greetings.
