If you have the skill for faster revives, just keep holding it down. There is a bug where the skill shortens the loading bar, but it still takes the same amount of time to revive.

im in the same boat. no matter who i try to revive it finishes the bar and then doesnt work

If you learned the fast revive skill, ignore the bar completion and just keep holding for a second or two longer.
There is a bug where the skill shortens how quickly the bar loads, but does NOT actually change the revive speed.
