I get 60fps on an intel r pentium dual core inbuilt gpu and that's nearly the worst thing on the market.

Reduce your framerate. My fans spin like crazy when i max out the framerate, but dropping it down to 60/75 fps keeps everything cool.

This isn't a competitive e-sports title, you'll be fine dropping them

Throw that 4060 in trash

It's set on 144fps native refresh rate

Right, but you don't have to run it at that. I have a 144hz display as well and turn it down to 60fps without any issue. Load drops, temps drop, fans mellow out. You do you, but I gave you a perfectly viable solution to your problem.

Sorry for necro.
I have to run it at 144fps, i can't play 60fps because of "choppines", i know it's a free game but i can't get a point why it does run too loud while MW3 does not?
In this game i get 75c while on COD it's 64 to 66.

Have you enabled gsync / freesync if your monitor allows it? That would dynamically scale your monitor's refresh rate so your experience would be less choppy while still running a lower framerate. Also I don't recall if vsync is an option in-game, but that usually prevents tearing
