So whos the skeleton playing the guitar?
And what really happens hearing his advice?

So far ive payed him every time, wich returns a cryptic 'advice' and some xp. Theres also a sound right after that- is there something else going on with this choice? Anyone can confirm anything? Or is it a sound for gaining xp(but i don't recall hearing that sound elsewhere). Also i still didn't ignore him, so i can't compare.

Im suspicious he is a character more involved with the plot somehow. Ive seen trought the art and trailers a red skeleton playing a violin- and we find this red skeleton musician (maybe he appears with the violin later on? Perhaps thats what he will buy with our money?).
Or not, i really don't know red skeletons IRL so they may just look alike.

I recall one or more lines of dialogue hinting the Warlock made a pact with dark forces- im not sure, but i think a soldier mentioned the devil. Then theres this hellish figure in the middle of a nightmare fueled underword just playing music like all is alright, the kind of behaviour i would expect the devil to have.

Anyone found any hints or secrets connecting to the guitar player?

He's called jackel if you capture one.

Well, money, miracles, giving poorly, and so on, I would assume involve donating to the fountain/altar/whatever it was (I forgot). I would assume if you give the lowest amount, you're seen as greedy (Which would suck for poor people, where that is all they can afford), and you're later punished for it.

I think he's the only voice I don't like. Something about it. I figured it would be more suave than grizzled.

A total of 25,000 into the fountain will unlock Pincoya. It does not need to be given all at once either.

Ah well, hopefully in the future they add more possible "miracles", maybe make it so the less you offer the more likely something bad happens, and the more you give the more likely something good will happen.

@Zap
Oh, really? I didn't realize it was total. I guess I'll start a savings account there, then.

Abyss odyssey being a chilean game uses a lot of chilean mythology like the pincoya (a "water spirit" that brings abundance of fish to the shores) and the skeleton that appears to be an undead huaso or a countryman (like a cowboy) look up chilean huaso in google images you will see the resemblance
