"Disable upgrades" challenge on Ice Map now works as intended
Fixed memory leaks - the issue was tied to an external plugin we're using to optimise the game's performance. I've applied fixes, but we'll continue to monitor if more issues will arise
Optimised the game by introducting pooling systems to various vfx and enemies spawns. There's still more that we can do in the future
Nerfed statues upgrades - they were simply much more powerful than anything else
Game is now going to be progressively more difficult past wave 30

It got potential but I downloaded the demo, started the game at 21:10, upgraded everything pretty fast and then nothing... Now I've been collecting money and nothing else since wave ca 50?! I'm on 100+ and it's still going in the background while I'm writing this. So if more then half of my playtime is collecting money, it's not a towerdefence anymore, it's a collect the gold-game... The time is now 22:03 I'm on wave 119 and still going strong. I think some balancing is needed...

Major Prerelease Update

Lots of optimisations
Game's graphic is updated to be more stylised
UI is completely reworked
Game sounds are completely reworked
About 15 new upgrades were added
Map difficulty is changed to map challenges with appropriate rewards
Waves difficulty, logic and pacing were changed - now everything'll be much harder and, in our opinion, more fun

Slime Siege Demo Build Update

First of all, thanks to everyone who've played our demo! We're feeling anxious that people actually like our game and we will continue making improvements based on your feedback.

Right now we're planning to continue fixing the game and to add a better upgrades system sometime soon. After that, the release will follow shortly

Demo Build Patch Notes:

Slimes now spawns in bunches, making it less chaotic and more obvious what kills you
Fixed discord link
Difficulty % is now shown for map configuration to better explain correlation between the gold rewards for the map and it's difficulty
When you lose the game, you'll now see the Upgrades button. This way you won't need to go back to main menu and continue straight away
Made small improvements to how initial resolution is chosen. Might be changed again due to weird engine's behavior
Gameplay difficulty is adjusted - forest is now a bit easier on 10-30, other maps are redesigned in their difficulty aswell
Each map now has "Game Mode" displayed. We're planning to have more than just Siege mode, so we wanted to showcase it ASAP
UI is now looking properly on 1:1 resolution
Damage and Attack Speed upgrades now give +15% instead of +10%
Screen shake is removed. Instead of the screen, the tower will be shaking when it's taking the damage, or when the boss is coming.
In game's menu you can now check the Quests and Technology tab to easily understand what upgrades you have available
Fixed a bug when progress wasn't being accessed on restarting the game.

Major Memory Leak issues

I hope this can be fixed soon. after a short while it was taking over 24GB or ram, with no sign of stopping.

Settings are not saved, localization not consistently applied

The game started the first time with "German" language. That is correct as my system is set to german. I can also change the language to "English" which works for almost everything; however the unlocked things after a defeat are, for some reason, still in german. Even worse, once I close the game and restart it, the language will be "German" again. This happens consistently. Additionally sometimes the screen resoution is set to "640 x 480", but this does not happen always. Finally, the font seems to have...

Bugs in Demo

Hey, I cannot unlock the "Grinder" and the "Necro Power" even I build the tower. All other stuff I already unlocked. There are also some Weapons I unlocked there it looks like they are not for the Demo-Version like "Blackhole" and "Poison Explosion" But in general I have fun to play it....

Some ground slimes not being targeted

Losing because non of the towers and spells target these little ground units. So they get a free shot. Doesn't matter if I set to auto or manual. Thorns work though so thank God.
