The vertical line (starting marker) do not move

I bought the premium version of the program, until yesterday worked perfectly but since this morning the red vertical line (starting marker) no longer moves. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, reset to the initial settings..but there's nothing to do, does not move! any of you have the same problem? How did you solve it? Thank you
