magix unable to install?

i bought magix a few hours ago. but after downloading it was unable to open some install packages. the program runs but it's without any loops or any other tracks etc. some of you an idea?

Shadowdancer, I disagree, the moust important (and expected) thing is install a software and see it working, we all know that "problems" can happen but you guys should check your install setup before release. I work with software development and before release we check all possible points to avoid problems or clients insatisfaction. It's clear this problem lays on the install package and not in machine, OS or system drivers.

after the 4.2 GB update I can now just open no probs, but I can play things still only when I open Magix as Admin (Windows 8.1 64bit)

@VaeVictis: I downloaded all instruments from Magix site and it works fine. I noticed that there are more instruments avaliable than inside the new download fix. Check if your Windows UAC is enabled (details on: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj574202.aspx), another way is clicking over program "exe" file and check "run as administrator" (or sort of) in properties option. Hope help.

About the instruments...I didn't check if the plus instruments requires activation code...)

The patch obvioulsy did not work and no one seems to know what the fix is. VITA and VST-plug ins are missing and most sounds do not work. Magix support does not know how to fix it, and Steam is impossible to get through to. Ridiculous.
