How on earth do you unlock these crates that are locked and the lockers have no key hole?

There are some crates that have a different lock mecanism. A double lock thing that has a red hue on it, but no key hole. You open these with a key or with something else like breaking them?

Open the crates that take the keys first. In one of them you’ll find a blow torch cutting tool that you can then use to cut through the red area on those locks to the point where they fall off. Collect every coin you can find because you’ll need a lot to buy it from the store. It’s worth it though and is kind of fun to use.
