Hand/Controller position

First of all I would like to say I love this game, it has some of the best visuals in VR at the moment. I use a Pimax Crystal and everything was working fine until the last update and now I can no longer play via PimaxXR runtime as now my hands appear several feet above my head. Nothing I do (including trying to reset the controller position) seems to fix this. If I run via Steam VR my hands are fine but I get inferior performance (due to not being able to use OpenXR Toolkit amongst other things). Does anyone have a similar experience/know of a fix?

Nothing has changed in recent updates that would affect the hands position, the game has always only officially supported OculusVR / SteamVR so things might behave unexpectedly with OpenXR
