A few older games are having issues with windows 10 as the OS doesn't supported older versions of Direct X.... so games that require (I believe) Direct X 9 or earlier won't work with Direct X 11 (or whatever it is that Windows 10 uses - I can't recall exactly). It may work if you start the game in compatibility mode for an earlier OS (eg 95/98) but it still may have some issues.
