2 Quick Questions on Weapon Familiarity

I've tried searching on the forum, but don't see anything that specifically addresses either of these, so here goes ...

1) How many degrees of Weapon Familiarity can you get? I have one sniper who is up to Weapon Familiarity: 4 and am curious how high it can go.

2) What kind of bonuses are we looking at per level of W.F. ? To hit bonuses? Damage Bonuses? Do they increment the same amount over each level of W.F.? (Ok, sorry, that was a 3rd question ...)

Wow ... 20 levels of W.F. ?!?! Thanks for the link, that helped a lot. Seems like the O.P. was purely looking at it from a "% to hit" qualifier, and that helped with that part of the question immensely. Still not sure if there's any damage modifier added, as there was no mention one way or the other about it there.

it can actually go up to 25 familiarity, dependant on if you have force of habit which doubles the base maximum of 10 to 20, and increased familiarity, which adds 5 more maximum familiarity.
