So no Bam and no open world career mode?

So hang on for a moment you are not doing the open world format that THPS 4 was known for? And you taken Bam from the game? Don't get me wrong Bam has his issues but he should of been added to this as he was part of the legacy that made THPS great.

And let's be blunt GBA still has the open world format of THPS4 without the two min time limit.

I still remember when THUG 2 had the whole "2 games in 1" selling point on the back of the case. That game not only featured a Story mode which uses a free roam format that IMO is how THPS4 and THUG 1's free roam format should've been as you can complete goals at your own pace instead of having to do them one at a time by talking to NPCs (yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of THPS4's goal structure) as well as a Classic mode where you play through all the levels with the 10 goal 2 minute format that THPS1-3 used.

Both were just as long as each other and actually felt like their own game.

Well seems Tony Hawk forced Activision to put Bam into the game according to the news.

Wait, they removed free-roam? The core of THPS4? Dude this was legit going to be a day one buy for me but if they can't even remake it correctly it makes me wonder what else is going to be wrong with this. You can keep it Activision, you're not getting my money this time.

This game is a scam and should be boycotted. These are the modes that had the bulk of content from these games. What they're doing is pretending like they're THPS remakes but they're actually just porting over the goals from the 1+2 remake with the maps from 3 and 4.

But the fact is, career mode is what had the content for these maps. There's nothing interesting going on without that.

I met Bam once and he an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ , he doesnt deserved to be in the game

No, Bam is going to be in the game, thankfully. the free roam career mode was announced to not be in the 3+4 remake sadly. I still got it. Not having Bam would have really sucked but Im glad he is still in the game. :3

Last interview i watched AFTER they said he was in cause of Tony Hawk called the devs and they say YES . But right after that Bam said it was too late to put him in. He not in the game. They did brand new scan of skaters like for Tony Hawk and Bam now is so fat. Bam said the only way they put him in the game is if the devs just uplaud his old body from the old games which is not hard but i doubt they gonna do it

god man, i want the free roam career mode, i can't think of any reason to not add it other then ether the dev team isn't talented enough to add it (very doubtful) or its to push out the game faster with minimal effort

did you see the moment when he wall planted the stone ball? That was the only gameplay scene and there was a timer in the top of the screen, so its still not the OG thps4 career mode we want…

All goals in THPS4 had a timer, this is not a valid comparison. The only difference between 3 and 4 is that the timer was individual to each goal and could free roam afterwards to talk to NPCs.

That being said, we already know it's the classic timer format; it's very clear now. just saying.

but this timer was counting upwards and not how many time is left. That’s weird. And not every goal had timer, for example when you had to find secret npcs (or whas it THUG2 ? ). Or the Combo missions, or when you had to hit every footballer in the first map, they didnt have timer afair
