Top left side of the map. Also, to pick it up you need zero stamina.

They said zero stamina so you shouldn't need to reduce stats, just do a full day at work, then go mine for a bit should have zero stamina then, after that just exit the mine and use the bus to get as close as possible, then head to the top left of the map, above the school, it's the sword stuck in the stone.

After that just get the bus to neighborhood to sleep to recover some stamina or use some food to refuel etc...
