Anyone have Friedman's Office Map Problem?

For some reason,(I've tired all the characters) when I put left needle for 330
and the right needle for 20 and try and try again it does nothing. Ive read of errors of it not working for some characters but I can't get it to work at all; anyone else have this problem?
I've even mesaused many times to be sure its lined up correctly.
